A Real Report. Not a Mock-Up.
This is an inspection we actually delivered — a Jerusalem apartment, inspected on handover from the contractor, report dated 9 August 2026. The client's identifying details and the engineer's name and registration number are redacted. Nothing else has been altered: the findings, the photographs, the standard citations, and the recommendations are the document as it was delivered.
Both versions are published. The signed Hebrew report is the operative professional document; the English is the translation you read, negotiate from, and send to your attorney back home.
